Both: you work with me, and the Orsay Agency team (design, development) takes over when the project needs it.

Yes. Orsay Agency is a Shopify Plus Partner, and some of our clients run on Shopify Plus, like the champagne house Nicolas Feuillatte.
Can you take over an existing store?
Yes, that's how many collaborations start: we review what exists, fix what needs fixing, then keep improving the store.
