Frequently asked questions
Which platforms do you migrate from?
WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Wizishop, with our own connectors. For another platform, we assess feasibility together.
Will my SEO drop?
301 redirects for every old URL and migrated content greatly limit the impact. We check them after the switchover.
Will my customers have to reset their passwords?
Yes: for security reasons, no platform allows passwords to be transferred. Their accounts and history are kept.
Will the store go offline during the migration?
No. The old store stays live while the new one is prepared and tested. The switchover happens when you choose.
